TABLEAU PUTS US ON THE DREAMFORCE KEYNOTE STAGE
Tableau Next Implementation and Agentic Analytics
Tableau Next runs on Salesforce Data 360, reasons over a governed semantic model, and answers business questions in plain language. Precision Analytics Group architects that semantic layer and has it running in production today, in insurance advisory and luxury hospitality, and nearing production in the energy sector.

VERIFIED, NOT ASSERTED
Tableau Chose Our Founder for Its Keynote Stage
At Dreamforce 2025, Tableau featured PAG founder Chris Williams in its keynote, Powering Decisions, Driving Actions, speaking on agentic analytics and what it takes to move an organization past passive dashboards into systems that recommend and act.
Vendors do not hand the keynote stage to people who have read the documentation. They hand it to practitioners who have already shipped the thing the vendor is announcing.
You do not have to take our word for any of this. The full keynote is public, and Chris’s segment starts at the timestamp linked above.
“At #DF25, Tableau Ambassador Chris Williams shared his 30 years’ experience in data and analytics, and how the #DataFam can help you skill up for the agentic era.”

RECOGNITION
Standing in the Ecosystem
These are community and industry recognitions, not certifications. They are awarded by Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce, which is what makes them worth stating.
WHERE THE TABLEAU NEXT WORK STARTED
Inside a Fortune 500 Analytics Practice
From July 2024 to March 2026, Chris was Director of Analytic Consulting at Concentrix Catalyst, part of Concentrix, number 426 on the 2025 Fortune 500 list. He led a team of four consultants across an average of five to ten strategic accounts, on engagements from $250,000 to $750,000.
He was the strategic advisor and evangelist for customer intelligence solutions built on the Salesforce analytics stack, spanning Tableau, Tableau Server, Tableau Next, Tableau Pulse, and Data 360, translating platform capability into business value for C suite stakeholders. He also ran point on an AI powered customer intelligence platform that won a 2025 Globee Award for innovation.
That is where the agentic analytics thesis was formed. Precision Analytics Group, founded in 2018, is where it now gets delivered.

Agentforce for Analytics answering a plain language question about sales cycle risk by account category, and proposing the next questions worth asking.
THE WORK
Tableau Next in Production Today
PAG delivers Tableau Next as a subcontractor to Thunder and Allegro Analytics, two established partners in the Salesforce ecosystem. Client identities are held in confidence.

Three industries, three data models, one method. Define the metric once, govern it in the semantic layer, and let the agent inherit meaning rather than guess at it.
THE PART MOST IMPLEMENTATIONS SKIP
What Makes an Agent Correct Instead of Confident
An agent is only as good as the meaning underneath it. Ask about revenue and it has to know whether the business measures gross revenue, revenue net of returns and discounts, or something else entirely. Ask about occupancy and it has to know the difference between a stay and a reservation, or it will double count.
That is not a prompt engineering problem. It is a data modeling problem: aggregation grain, fan out, identity resolution, and metrics defined once and inherited everywhere.
The semantic model is what separates an agent that sounds confident from an agent that is correct. It is also the part most implementations underinvest in, and the reason they stall after the demonstration. PAG builds that layer first.
PAG builds from the semantic layer outward. That is the layer everything above it depends on.

THE DIFFERENTIATOR
We Also Own the Platform Underneath
Tableau Next does not arrive in a clean environment. It lands on top of whatever you already run, and it is only as good as what feeds it.
PAG administers Tableau Server and Alteryx Server environments, is an Alteryx partner, and is building an Alteryx connector for Salesforce Data 360. Recent work spans Snowflake and dbt, Azure and AWS migrations, and Tableau Server upgrades with full governance documentation.
Most Salesforce implementation firms cannot do this. It is often the difference between a deployment that works and one that waits on data that never arrives cleanly.
